Oh how I detest the annual school carnival. But, being the wonderful mom that I am (yeah, right), we never miss it. These kids are running the show around here, to borrow an expression from my sister. Luckily, it was a little less crowded than in years past so that was good. Also, no high pitched whistles were given as prizes this year so I went home with just a normal headache rather than a migraine. As carnivals go....well, it was still just a carnival.
